1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the c6zz platform, through which all gaming, betting, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus interactions are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's c6zz BDT wallet at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, matched deposit bonus, cashback amount, free bet, or loyalty reward credited to a Player's account that is subject to wagering or turnover requirements before withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which c6zz accounts are denominated and all transactions are processed.
• "Platform" means the c6zz website accessible at https://c6zz.io, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, and customer support channels available therein.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the c6zz platform and is aged 21 years or above.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games or markets before any portion of the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the c6zz platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you accept these Terms unconditionally and in full. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

c6zz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and c6zz.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The c6zz platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager. c6zz applies a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The c6zz platform is primarily designed for players resident in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the c6zz platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. c6zz accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a Player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one active c6zz account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.4 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not permitted to register or hold an active c6zz account: (a) employees of c6zz or its affiliated entities; (b) immediate family members of c6zz employees; (c) individuals who have successfully completed a self-exclusion request on the platform and whose exclusion period has not yet expired; (d) individuals who are legally prohibited from gambling in their jurisdiction of residence.

4 Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration

To use the c6zz platform, you must complete the registration process via the c6zz Login page and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

c6zz is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit copies of a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time frame will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. c6zz will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify c6zz support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. c6zz accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to protect their credentials.

4.4 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including a false name, false date of birth, or a payment method that does not belong to you — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

c6zz currently supports deposits and withdrawals in BDT via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. c6zz reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue payment method support at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit on c6zz is ৳100. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, however c6zz may apply account-level limits at its discretion in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud policies. Deposits are credited to your BDT wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval during standard hours, subject to identity verification requirements. c6zz reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the c6zz account holder.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on c6zz are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). c6zz does not support multi-currency accounts and does not perform foreign exchange conversions.

5.5 Fees

c6zz does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside c6zz's control. Players are advised to check with their payment provider for applicable charges.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by c6zz are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each offer, in addition to these General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each bonus. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.

6.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on the c6zz platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution rates. Playing games with a zero-percent contribution rate while bonus funds are active will not progress wagering requirements.

6.4 Welcome Bonus

New Players who make a first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a matched welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is ৳500. The welcome bonus is available once per verified Player, per household, and per payment method. c6zz reserves the right to withdraw or modify the welcome bonus offer at any time.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

c6zz employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting software errors or loopholes, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free bonus extraction, and systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to clear bonus requirements. Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers will have their account suspended, bonuses voided, and all winnings derived from such abuse forfeited.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the c6zz platform are sourced from internationally certified providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness. c6zz does not modify game outcomes or RTP settings.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before each round. c6zz reserves the right to impose account-level betting limits at its discretion, particularly where abnormal betting patterns are detected.

7.3 Void Bets

c6zz reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed as a result of a system error, pricing error, technical fault, or human input error on the part of c6zz. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account. Winnings derived from voided bets will not be paid out.

7.4 Sports Betting

Cricket betting and other sports markets on c6zz are subject to individual sport-specific rules published within the sportsbook section. In cases not covered by specific sports rules, c6zz's General Betting Rules shall apply. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c6zz platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all unsettled bets, forfeiture of the account balance, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading identity or payment information
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors for financial gain
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sporting fraud
• Using the platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing c6zz staff or other players in any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the c6zz platform
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the c6zz platform — including but not limited to the c6zz brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of c6zz or its licensed partners. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of c6zz.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by c6zz under valid licence agreements. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

c6zz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

c6zz will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data shared with payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) is limited to what is necessary to process your transactions and is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c6zz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

c6zz does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. In such cases, c6zz will take reasonable steps to restore service as quickly as practicable and will not be liable for losses arising from the unavailability period.

c6zz's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their c6zz account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendments to Terms

c6zz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including changes in applicable law, business operations, product features, or payment methods. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to Players via a notice on the platform homepage or via email to the address registered on the account.

The amended Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the c6zz platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the c6zz platform shall first be referred to the c6zz Customer Support team for informal resolution. c6zz aims to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

c6zz operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and fair play certified game content. c6zz does not make representations regarding regulatory approval from any specific Bangladeshi government body, and Players are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own local laws.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to a binding arbitration process conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
